Paste cu sos bechamel

1 pachet paste

Pentr sos
3 linguri rase cu unt
2 linguri cu faina
700 ml lapte
2 catei de usturoi
1/2 lingurita praf de nucsoara

Mod de preparare
Se pun pastele la fiert in apa clocotita,in care s-a adaugat un praf de sare si se fierb conform instructiunilor de pe pachet.Cand sunt gata fierte pastele se strecoara.Separat ,intr-un vas se pune pe foc untul la topit si apoi se incorporeaza faina amestecand bine.Se toarna laptele putin cate putin, amestecand continuu ca sa nu se formeze cocoloase.Se condimenteaza cu sare,piper si nucsoara si se fierbe circa 10 min.Usturoiul zdrobit se adauga si el.Acest sos se toarna peste paste si se servesc calde.Pentru decor se pot folosi cateva frunze de busuioc si cateva cuburi de rosii.
